Teresa truly appreciated life and all the wonder of the natural world around her. As an artist, she enjoyed expressing her love of God's creations by transforming even the simplest tree branch into a thing of beauty. She had a special place in her heart for all children and was known as YaYa to the many dear ones she cared for over the years. Her faithful soul shone through every day through her generosity and giving of herself to others. She would have loved the idea of a Children's Garden for Lower Cape Fear Hospice as a place where people could go to console their spirit, commune with nature, and find renewed meaning for their purpose on earth. We, her family and friends, would like to honor her memory by making this dream a reality. Every moment truly does matter and as Teresa would say, "Live it!"
